USER AGREEMENT
1. All journeys must EITHER be booked through our office,
OR through the online ordering and quotation system that
can be accessed from this web site. You can order
transportation services through the online system, or by
contacting Vicky Quinlan, our Customer Service
Representative at
vicky@adairs.com,
or by calling +44 (0) 1 708 763 152 (GMT). The main
booking office is located in London, England. The time
there is between 5 (East Coast) and 8 hours (West Coast)
AHEAD of the US. Click

2. Any
complaints regarding our service or any member of our
staff WILL be taking very seriously. The situation will
be thoroughly investigated upon receipt of the details
in writing. Email is acceptable. Please be as detailed
and explicit as possible with all names and dates of
parties involved so that we can make a complete
investigation. Complaints should be emailed HERE.
3. The
client will be responsible for the repair or valeting of
our vehicle should they be responsible for any damage or
soiling during the journey.
4. The
company reserves the right to refuse to carry any
passenger who is thought to be under the influence of
alcohol or drugs.
5. The
company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all of
its vehicles.
6.
Although every endeavour will be made to ensure the safe
keeping of personal property, the company cannot accept
liability for the loss of individual items.
7. All
our vehicles are covered by full coverage, comprehensive
commercial insurance. This covers the vehicle and all
the passengers in the vehicle while it is in operation.
However, please make sure that you have sufficient
coverage for any personal property that you bring onto
the vehicle.
Booking
Policy
A £ 10.00 booking fee will be charges once a confirmed
booking is made. This will be deducted from the final
amount after the travel itinerary is completed, but it
is not refundable if the booking is cancelled. The
balance owed will not be charged to your credit card
until the day of travel.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that the client may have to
cancel their confirmed booking at any time prior to the
date of travel, the following terms will apply:
28 days prior to date of travel - £10.00 booking fee
8 to 28 days prior to date of travel - 10%
1 to 7 days prior to date of travel - 20%
24 hours prior to the date of travel - Full amount
charged
If for reasons beyond your control you have to change
